James Halsey is the owner of The Maggie Kelly and the Northeast Marine Corporation, and a resident of Haven, Maine.
Background[]
When a his fishing boat the Maggie Kelly tries to kill on of his employees, James is visited by Nathan and Audrey about this. They question him and they notice the boat acting strangely. The officer intentionally make him angry but are soon stopped when the boat tries to kill James.
