Katarina Hall was a sous-chef who worked at the Second Chance Bistro with Jeff and Bill McShaw.
Background[]
Katarina idolized Jeff and it seems like she knew him for a while. When Jeff was reopening the Second Chance Bistro, she joined his staff and became his sous-chef. When Jeff threatened to leave Haven and the Bistro, Katarina poisoned him with sesame oil, knowing that McShaw was allergic to the substance. Jeff died as a result. Katarina is later interrogated by Audrey and Nathan and she confesses to her crime.
