The Room is a secret facility constructed by Vince Teagues, Dave Teagues, and Dwight Hendrickson inside what appears to be a fallout shelter with the purpose of finding a way to permanently end the Troubles.
When Audrey Parker returned from the Barn after an absence of only six months, Dwight showed Jordan McKee to the Room.
